NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE S SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF 1ST DISTRICT HARRISON WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated February 23, 2007, executed by DARSHAN KAUR, SURJIT SINGH, conveying certain real property therein described to DYKE, HENRY, GOLDSHOLL AND WINZERLING PLC, as Trustee, for MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
