STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HARRISON FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE OF LAND WHEREAS, FIRST UNITED GOSPEL ASSEMBLY, INC. by Deed of Trust dated August 26, 2004 recorded as Deed of Trust Instrument No. 2 004-1521 1T-J1 of the Deed of Trust records of the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, First Judicial District, Mississippi, conveyed certain property therein described in trust to David A. Wheeler, to secure payment of a certain indebtedness to Community Bank, Coast, and WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was modified by Modification of Deed of Trust dated September 29, 2016 and recorded as Deed of Trust Instrument No. 2 016-8604 T-J1; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of the said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured having been disclosed and payable in accordance of the terms of said Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness, Community Bank, Coast having requested the undersigned Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder together with attorney's fees and expenses of sale; NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee, pursuant to such authority and the request so made does hereby give notice that he will sell during the legal hours (between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) on the 15th day of December, 2017, at the east front door of the Harrison County Courthouse in Gulfport, Mississippi, for cash to the highest and best bidder, the following described land and property being located and situated in Harrison County, First Judicial District, Mississippi, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: PARCEL 1: Lots Thirteen (13) through Eighteen (18), inclusive, all in Block twenty-one (21) of Standard Land Company's Addition, to the City of Gulfport, Mississippi, as shown by the official map or plat of said Addition on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi; together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances there unto belonging. PARCEL 2: Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Nineteen (19), Twenty (20), TwentyOne (21), Twenty-Two (22), Twenty-Three (23) and Twenty-Four (24), Block Twenty-One (21), including that part of the vacated 20 foot alley running East and West across said Block 21, adjacent to the South side of said Lots 1-6, inclusive, and adjacent to the North side of said Lots 19-24, inclusive, STANDARD LAND COMPANY ADDITION, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi, in Plat Book 2, Page 14 (Copy Book 1, Page 36) thereof, reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description; together with an easement for ingress and egress over and across the South 10 feet of the North 150 feet of said Lots Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), said Block 21, for the purpose of utilizing and maintaining the existing air conditioning acilities located in said easement.
