STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HARRISON SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on July 25, 2014, Reo Wesley Jordan, executed a Deed of Trust, Assignment of Leases, Security Agreement and Fixture Financing Statement ("Deed of Trust") to Danny L. Crotwell, as Trustee, for the benefit of Tetra Financial Group, L.L.C., Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded as Instrument 2014 2070 T-J2 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Second Judicial District, Mississippi; and, WHEREAS, Tetra Financial Group, L.L.C., executed an Assignment of said Deed of Trust in favor of Capital Community Bank, dated July 25, 2014, recorded as Instrument 2014 2204 T-J2; and WHEREAS, Capital Community Bank substituted Robert T. Schwartz, of Biloxi, Mississippi, in the place and stead of the said Danny L. Crotwell named as Trustee in the above described Deed of Trust, which substitution of trustee is recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk as Instrument No. 2 017-2049 -T-J2; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby, having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness, Capital Community Bank, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expenses of sale; NOW, THEREFORE, I, Robert T. The herein above described parcel of land contains 0.2979 acres (12,978 square feet), more or less.
