SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on October 8, 2015, Joshua S. Tilley and his wife, Cheramie D. Tilley, executed a certain deed of trust to Michael L. Riddle, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for FBT Mortgage, LLC, its successors and assigns which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, State of Mississippi in Book 3312 at Page 526; and WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned to Caliber Home Loans, Inc. by instrument dated September 21, 2016 and recorded in Book 3390 at Page 228 of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and WHEREAS, Caliber Home Loans, Inc. has heretofore substituted Shapiro & Massey, LLC as Trustee by instrument dated November 7, 2016 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in Book 3397 at Page 872; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, Caliber Home Loans, Inc., the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale. NOW, THEREFORE, I, Shapiro & Massey, LLC, Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on September 8, 2017 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the Main West Front Door of the County Courthouse of Jackson County, located at Pascagoula, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Jackson County, State of Mississippi, to-wit: A parcel of land located in the SE Quarter of Section 9, Township 6 South, Range 5 West, Jackson County, Mississippi, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 1 of Nutbank Subdivision (Plat Book 4, Page 47, Jackson County, and run thence North 1241.4 feet, run thence East 285.9 feet, run thence South 1456.8 feet to the NE corner of Lot 2 of said Nutbank Subdivision, run thence North 53 degrees West along the North line of said Nutbank Subdivision 358 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 8.855 acres, more or less. and The right of egress and ingress over that certain fifty (50) foot easement, which 50 foot easement is due West of the above described property as shown by survey attached to that Warranty Deed in Book 793, Page 175, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi. Being the same property conveyed in Book 1685, Page 376 and also Book 1725, Page 199, both of the Land Deed Records of Jackson County, Mississippi.
