SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF Harrison 1st WHEREAS, on the 26th day of October, 2007, Steven M. Sebring and Therese M. Sebring, J/T/R/S not T/I/C, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto T.A. Lambright, Trustee for Beneficial Mississippi Inc., Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison 1st County, Mississippi in Instrument# 2007 21360T-J1; and WHEREAS, on the 12th day of November, 2014, Beneficial Financial I Inc. successor by merger to Beneficial Mississippi Inc., assigned said Deed of Trust unto U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument# 2014 9580 T-J1; and WHEREAS, on the 19th day of July, 2017 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument# 2 017-6524 -T-J1; and WHEREAS, the subject deed of trust was reformed by judgment rendered in the matter styled U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust vs Steven M. Sebring, et al; Cause No 15-1079 of the Chancery Court of Harrison County, Mississippi, First Judicial District, rendered on the 20th day of June, 2017, said judgment reforming to include manufactured home information on the Legal description of that certain Deed of Trust at Instrument # 2007 21360T-J1 in Harrison County, First Judicial District, Chancery Clerk's land records. Judgment also declared subject Deed of Trust as a valid and perfected First Priority Lien against the Subject Property, including the Subject Manufactured Home. Said judgment appearing in the Harrison County, First Judicial District, Chancery Clerk's land records in Instrument# 2017 3934 D-J1 on June 20, 2017; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 24th day of August, 2017, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the East main door of the Harrison County Courthouse, 1st Judicial District, located on 23rd Avenue at Gulfport, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Harrison 1st County, Mississippi, to-wit: Lot 26, Hunter's Ridge Subdivision, as per official map or plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi, First Judicial District, in Plat Book 39 at Page 22. Together with a manufactured home more particularly described as a 1996 28'x68' Southern Serial No. DSE2AL9728AB. I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.
