STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HARRISON RE-NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, on December 8, 2011, Gina Prichard Nadeau and Gilles Nadeau, Grantors, executed a Deed of Trust to Joy Lambert Phillips, Trustee for the benefit of Hancock Bank, which Deed of Trust was filed for record on Janu ary 23, 2012, as Instrument Number 2012 752T-J1, in the records of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi; which Deed of Trust was modified via a modification of deed of trust executed by Gina Prichard Nadeau, widow, and filed for record on August 19, 2014, as Instrument Number 2014 6637T-J1, in the records of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County Mississippi; and; WHEREAS, Hancock Bank substituted Derek A. Henderson as trustee via instrument filed for record on August 8, 2014, as Instrument Number 2014 6275T-J1, in the records of the Chancery Court of Clerk County Mississippi; and WHEREAS, Hancock Bank, the owner and holder of said indebtedness, did name, constitute, and appoint Ben H. Harris, III, Michael Anthony Shaw, and James Rebarchak as Substitute Trustees in said Deed of Trust in the place and stead of Derek A. Henderson, via instrument filed for record on October 19, 2017, as Instrument Number 2017 9230T-J1, in the records of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, default was made and now exists in the payment of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, Hancock Bank, as owner and holder of said Deed of Trust and the indebtedness secured thereby has exercised the option contained in said Deed of Trust and declared the entire indebtedness secured thereby immediately due and payable, and have called upon the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust therein contained, and requested that the undersigned Substituted Trustee sell said property under the provisions of the Deed of Trust for the purpose of satisfying the debt thereby secured and unpaid, together with attorney's fees and the expenses for the execution of this trust and of the selling of said property; and WHEREAS, Joseph D. Steadman, Jr., as designee of Ben H.
