STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HARRISON FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on August 11, 2003, CHARLES DARREN MAUFFRAY, executed a Deed of Trust to LYLE M. PAGE, as Trustee for the benefit of THE PEOPLES BANK BILOXI MISSISSIPPI, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Book 2719 at Page 521 (Instrument No.2003 18311T-J1) in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, First Judicial District, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, an interest in the subject property was purported to be transferred to Mauffay Holdings, LLC; and WHEREAS, THE PEOPLES BANK BILOXI MISSISSIPPI, substituted ROBERT T. SCHWARTZ of Biloxi, Mississippi, in the place and stead of the said LYLE M. PAGE named as Trustee in the above described Deed of Trust, which Substitution of Trustee is recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk as Instrument 2018-10076-T-J1; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby, having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness, THE PEOPLES BANK BILOXI MISSISSIPPI, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expenses of sale; NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERT T. SCHWARTZ, Substituted Trustee in said Deed of Trust, will on the 8thday of March, 2019, offer for sale and will sell at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash, within the legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) at the east front door of the County Courthouse at Gulfport, Harrison County, First Judicial District, State of Mississippi, the following described property situated and lying in the County of Harrison, First Judicial District, State of Mississippi, to-wit: LOTS 27 THROUGH 43 INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 8, GULF & SHIP ISLAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CHANCERY CLERK OF THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AND ALSO THE NORTH 5 FEET OF A VACATED ALLEY LYING ADJACENT TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE AFORESAID LOTS, SAID ALLEY HAVING BEEN VACATED BY DECREE OF THE CHANCERY COURT OF HARRISON COUNTY, FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT, MISSISSIPPI IN CAUSE NO 63,907.
