STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF JACKSON SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on August 11, 2003, MAUFFRAY HOLDINGS, LLC, a Mississippi Limited Liability Company, executed a Deed of Trust to LYLE M. PAGE, as Trustee for the benefit of THE PEOPLES BANK BILOXI MISSISSIPPI, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded as Book 2045 at Page 11 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, on August 19, 2005, MAUFFRAY HOLDINGS, LLC, a Mississippi Limited Liability Company, executed a Deed of Trust to LYLE M. PAGE, as Trustee for the benefit of THE PEOPLES BANK BILOXI MISSISSIPPI, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded as Book 2323 at Page 827 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi. Renewal, Extension and Modification filings for said Deed of Trust were accomplished by Instruments recorded in Book 2622 at Page 84, Book 2883 at Page 260, Book 2967 at Page 441, Book 3208 at Page 217, and Book 3393 at Page 279, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi, which named MAUFFRAY HOLDINGS, LLC, as the Grantor, LYLE M. PAGE and/or DAVID M. ALLEN as Trustees, and THE PEOPLES BANK BILOXI MISSISSIPPI, as beneficiary; and WHEREAS, THE PEOPLES BANK BILOXI MISSISSIPPI, substituted ROBERT T. SCHWARTZ of Biloxi, Mississippi, in the place and stead of the said LYLE M. PAGE and DAVID M. ALLEN named as Trustees in the above described Deeds of Trust, which Substitution of Trustee is recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 3552 at Pages 834-837; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deeds of Trust and the entire debts secured thereby, having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deeds of Trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness, THE PEOPLES BANK BILOXI MISSISSIPPI, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trusts and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deeds of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expenses of sale; NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERT T.
