SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF Harrison 1st WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of July, 2013, Ranelle Kendrick Hiley, a single woman, Lisa T. Robinson, a single woman, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Nations Direct Title, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for CMG Mortgage, Inc. dba CMG Financial, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison 1st County, Mississippi in Instrument# 2013 7536 T-J1; and WHEREAS, by various assignments on record said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to Nationstar Mortgage LLC by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument# 2018-632-T-J1; and WHEREAS, on the 5th day of October, 2016 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Emily Kaye Courteau as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument# 2016-8684-T-J1; and WHEREAS by Order of Judgment by Default and Final Judgment, rendered in the matter styled Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr.Cooper vs Lisa H. Robinson, et al; Civil Action No: 18-cv-1499 in the Chancery Court of Harrison County, Mississippi, First Judicial District, rendered on the 19th day of November, 2018, which confirms title to the subject property in the name of Lisa Robinson and the heirs-at-law of Ranelle K. Hiley and/or the devisees under her Last Will and Testament, subject to the Deed of Trust filed in the land records in Harrison County, First Judicial District on July 15, 2013 at Instrument # 2013-7536 T-J1, and recognizes said Deed of Trust to be a valid, perfected and enforceable First Priority Lien on the Subject Property. The Order further declares that the Notice of Lis Pendens recorded on September 25, 2015, as Instrument 2015-24457 G-J1 found in the land records of Harrison County, First Judicial District be expunged with respect to the Subject Property.
